Eric Fairchild is a former consultant and contractor who served on the West Shore and Cumberland Perry Vo Tech school boards from 1999-2003. Eric and (wife) Sharon built their reproduction carriage barn home by themselves in 2004. It is the smallest home on McCormick Rd. Eric enjoys living simply amidst the historic and natural beauty of McCormick Rd. and the Yellow Breeches Creek and is passionate about its protection and preservation.
